Projects must be completed by December 31, 2026. Funds are distributed upon project completion.

At least two “Before” photos are required with this application, and at least two “After” photos are required to receive funds upon project completion. Note we may use before and after photos for publicity on our website, however your name and address will not be listed online. Receipts are not required.
