Garden Grant Program
Program Goals
The garden grant program is how we give back to our community. We use profits from our annual garden tour to fund these grants.
This program assists area residents in creating or improving the green spaces around them. For 2026, we will be offering $500 grants.
All Lafayette gardeners are welcome to apply. It is open to home owners, renters, and businesses within the City of Lafayette. When we evaluate applications we are looking for sustainable, water-wise projects that will beautify our town. We love to see neglected spaces beautified with our grants.
Applying for a Grant
The property must be located in Lafayette Colorado. Residents, tenants, and business owners can apply, and the application deadline is July 31, 2026. Work must be completed by December 31, 2026
To apply, complete the Garden Grant Application. Include a description and use the file upload feature to send at least 2 before photos. You can also provide drawings or plans if you'd like to help us envision your plans.
We review applications later in the summer and will notify everyone, regardless of whether they have been approved for a grant or not.
